Gillian is a social media/outreach volunteer for the lab and a third-year senior majoring in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Chinese at Purdue University! Following her graduation from Purdue Spring 2026, she will begin her first year as a PsyD student in Clinical Psychology in Fall 2026. Gillian identifies as a Chinese American Adoptee.
Gillian's research interests revolve around suicidality, trauma, and multicultural family dynamics- Specifically, how all of the above topics intersect and influence adjustment and well-being. Gillian's goal is to become a Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychologist.
In her free time, Gillian likes to play video games, read, listen to music, do makeup, and learn new languages.
